My Degree: BSc in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University

My Work Experience: Mainly in SharePoint. That includes 20 years in SharePoint administration, Architecting, Support (Backend technical of the software and its databases and end user assistance for front end SharePoint sites and its features). I also have experience in Web site development and a little bit of programming in MS SQL scripts, PowerShell and other MS Command line. Also in JavaScript, and SharePoint Designer.

Why I decided to start ExWala: It’s coming…

What I am looking for : Right now, Cofounders, Ideally experienced in Neo4j, Python, QR Code experts, Android and Swift developers! Yes, it is a job search engine at the core but I am trying to build it in a completely different way so, the user experience will be total different from the usual job search experience. How? Primarily through automation and validated data, the application process (Pre-boarding and off-boarding the candidate). �
